i do not want to pay $48 a month i take v.a. meds and since my insurance does not recognize the v.a.why should i pay them for prescriptive coverage?

If you are a vet, you should be able to join USAA.
They have the best of all insurance, banking, and financial. you can go to www.usaa.com for more info.
