pregnant and need medicaid?

September 102009

I live in florida, and was approved for the temporary medicaid for pregnant women. I work as an independent contractor, so i pay my own taxes every year. I got a job offer yesterday, it pays $60 per day, 7 days a week, for a month i would be making $1680, does anyone know if i take the job if it will affect me getting approved for the full medicaid coverage. This would be good for me to save some money for when the baby comes, because i have not worked since August and running low on funds. Please if anyone knows anything about the medicaid system and how it works in florida please help me understand. Thank you

your best bet would be to contact your medicaid rep and discuss it with them? I doubt that it would affect it since you have already been granted medicaid and it will cover you through your pregnancy. But it may affect your ability to keep the baby on medicaid after hr or she is born.

Bird Flu Distributed by Dept of Homeland Security

September 92009

YouTube: Please restore the deleted video responses, and STOP CENSORING new ones sent to me–in particular this one about Mass Graves in Phoenix: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJBwIWsAZRQ
~~”Mary”, caller to the Power Hour on March 30, 2009, gives many details that the Dept of Homeland Security is transporting and distributing bird flu in mass quantities.
Further information: www.healthfreedomusa.org/?p=2433
Call Genesis Communications, The Power Hour, 877-817-9828, with any further information or tips you may have.
~~
Did you hear Alex Jones “debunking” this video? Can you find ANY of these false “straw men” that HE PLANTED?
• hysterical people running up to railroad cars
• witness protection program
• govt using “random” truck drivers
• govt telling truckers what they’re carrying
• “schizophrenic” truck drivers
• hyperventilating woman caller
Why didn’t he use this to spark responsible discussion of the salient points?
Alex – sorry you are so hurt that Mary didn’t call your show first. Maybe she had the same problems I did trying get vital information out through your organization.
I cannot prevent NufffRespect and others from pirating my video and getting hysterical. People ARE discussing the Baxter distribution of flu, and connecting the dots to your information. I thought we were working TOGETHER. By all means – verify or disprove. But don’t plant straw men to stifle discussion, simply because you don’t control it.
You admitted that the government uses independent contractor FedEx to transmit bird flu – but you call Mary’s info “baloney” because, according to you, the government
wouldn’t use independent contractors??? The government hires independent contractors for most of their black ops precisely so their regular employees are none the wiser!

Why is it only OK for YOU to go by “gut” and “instinct” but everyone else is just a psy op?

I love ya Alex, but I have to wonder if you are controlled opposition.

Independent Contractors Agreement — or are you an “employee”

August 162009

QUESTION:My client operates a business. It has both independent contractors and employees. Recently he read about a situation where an independent contractor was found to be an employee. The costs for both the worker and the client was not pleasant.

I asked my client what documentation he has in place to establish the principal / independent contractor relationship. To my surprise, he said he had nothing in writing.

My client wants to make sure his independent contractors are correctly classified. How does an Independent Contractors Agreement strengthen the principal and contractor relationship? ANSWER: The obligations of an employer in an employer / employee relationship are vastly different to those of a principal in a principal / independent contractor relationship.
